Claire Simpson - Biography
Claire Simpson joined as Managing Solicitor of our Conveyancing Department.
Claire took her degree in Law at Lancaster University. She later completed her postgraduate legal studies at The College of Law.
She is an ambitious and talented lawyer. Practical knowledge is a prized asset for any conveyancing practitioner and Claire certainly has an enviable amount of this. She ran a conveyancing department at a major law firm based in Lancashire. Her overall responsibility at that firm was for approximately 400 clients.
As a trainee solicitor Claire completed seats in Criminal, Family, Personal Injury, Property and Conveyancing law departments. However, it is in conveyancing that Claire’s major specialisation lies.
For Claire it is the focus on contact with clients which attracted her to conveyancing. She takes great pride in ensuring that her clients feel that their needs are understood. She accepts that while she may be considered to be something of an idealist, it brings immeasurable satisfaction to know that she has played a small part in the start of a family’s happy life in their new home, or has assisted them to reach the next step in moving on.
